Payment and Cancellation

Payment

We kindly ask you to settle your bill upon check-in.
When reserving a room by E-Mail or fax we need your full adress, phone number and credit card details. This is for confirmation purpose only, we will not charge your credit card.
We regret that no invoice payment possible.

Terms of Cancellation

Your room will be held until 19.30 on the day of your arrival. If a a guest does nor arrive (no show) or the duration of your stay is shortened the following terms will apply:

» Up to 8 days prior to arrival the reservation can be cancelled free of charge
» From the 7th day prior to arrival 75 % of the total amount will apply as a cancellation fee
» No shows will be charged 100 % of the total amount (excluding breakfast and local taxes)
